Arnold Service Cancellation Notice

Due to circumstances beyond our control as of December 29, 2017 we will be forced to go back to one Arnold route.  JeffCo Express had insufficient match funding and the Arnold City Council recently denied a request to provide match for both routes.

Possible HWY 30 Service Cancellation Notice

Due to circumstances beyond our control JeffCo Express is lacking match funding at this time for the Hwy 30 route (Yellow Route.)

Efforts to generate additional match funding are underway but at this time are not sufficient to continue the service. In light of this budget short fall JeffCo Express is making plans to discontinue the HWY 30 Route as of Friday, December 29, 2017 unless and/or until additional budget funding can be established.

Residents along the Hwy 30 corridor who wish to comment on these recent developments can do so at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TQDXNPZ.

In order to continue operating our HWY 30 route for another year we must raise $60,000 in local match dollars by December 29, 2017., which is required by our federal grant. We have obtained a pledge from Jefferson County to match every dollar given, up to $30,000 which is a significant step forward. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.

To donate, make your check payable to and send it to Jefferson County Community Partnership at 3875 Plass Rd Bldg. A, Festus, MO 63028. (Be sure to attach a note designating it for HWY 30) Or, you can go online to www.jccp.org and scroll down to the donate button on the right. Click the button and then type in your donation. When you click to use a credit card there is an option to “add special instructions.” Click that link and type in that the donation is for the HWY 30 route fund.
